Q/What are the Bio-Chips? |
A/The Bio-Chips are made of fine porous wood chip of conifer. When sewage is stirred with the Bio-Chips, active bacteria will be propagated. They will naturally reduce when sewage has been completely decomposed. This is highly hygienic and odorless since the Bio-Chips is effective in deodorizing waste. |
Q/What is the best condition for keeping Bio-Chips? |
A/The Bio-Chips should be kept at the temperature of 30°C- 50°C by a heater to stabilize the fermentation. |
Q/What happens to the Bio-Chips when the amount of solid and liquid waste is being unbalance? |
A/Nothing happens if the number of a usage is observed. |
Q/What is the term of warranty? |
A/1 year for a regular use. |
Q/How to deal with used Bio-Chips? |
A/It can be treated as garbage since these are fine porous wood chip. |
Q/Is it possible to install the Shuttret flush toilet with the Bio toilet units? |
A/The Shuttret uses less than 1 liter of flush water only, and a heater and stirring process will stimulate the evaporation of water. However, we recommend having the Mag-Super 10 with our Bio toilet unit with flush toilet if there is a large number of a usage. |
Q/What happens to the Bio-Chips if there is an excess usage in a day? |
A/The capacity usage is limited, and if the Bio-Chip becomes to wet, then the bacteria will stop their activity. If this happens, immediately stop using the toilets and wait for the Bio-Chips to dry by a heater in the Bio Tank. |
